Common questions
Can we keep our current licenses during the transition?
Yes. We transfer licensing at your renewal date or overlap it briefly, so there's no gap in service.
Do you need our global admin password?
No. We use Microsoft's granular delegated admin relationship, which you approve and can review or revoke at any time.
We use Google for email but Microsoft for Office. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We manage mixed environments regularly and can connect sign-in between them.
